Mesh Banners
Mesh banners are a great solution when you are concerned about wind damage. Wind resistance is reduced by 37% from micro punctures in the material. They have hems and grommets, like our standard vinyl banners, and are great for fences and for large banners where weight is a concern. Mesh banners are around $1 per square foot more and are also a quick turnaround product. We suggest mesh banners over 8' have webbing sewn in the top and bottom hems, which is $1 more per lineal foot (e.g., a 10' x 3' banner would be $20 more with webbing).

We use a 4mm (about 3/16”) corrugated plastic substrate, providing for a high-quality sign that is waterproof and stain resistant. A 10mm thickness material is also available on special request. H-Frames are $1.25 each with your sign order
Nine-gauge sign frames are $1.25 each with your sign order. Not all sizes of signs are suitable for H-Frames because of their size or the way the flutes run on the sign. 24" x 18" signs are the maximum size we recommend for using H-Frames. 20" x 30", 22" x 28", 24" x 24", 32" x 16", 32" x 24", 48" x 9" and 48" x 24" are not suitable. If you are using stakes on double-sided signs, make sure you plan the art accordingly so the graphics are not covered.

Magnetic Sign Tips For A Longer Sign Life: Clean Your Magnetic Signs. Some moisture and dirt can collect behind magnetic signs. Remove and clean the sign and the car surface with mild detergent and allow both to dry before reinstalling. Repeat cleaning process weekly. It will increase the life of the signs, it will look better (magnetic material attracts dirt) and it will be less likely to fly off. Only mount magnetic signs on a flat surface. We cannot be responsible for loss of magnetic signs regardless of the circumstance.

Keep in mind that all exterior letters will require some maintenance to retain their original luster. All plastic and metal letters should be periodically cleaned with a good dish soap and water to remove any dirt or pollutants gathered from the environment. Should the face of a metal letter get scratched, the polyurethane coating can be revitalized using a good car wax.
