Getting grit and achieving your goals

Posted by Curt Thomas on

We like to think our wide selection of goal charts help you and your organization visualize your goals, but the real credit for achieving is you. Recently, there has been a lot written about GRIT and how it is the key element of success. Angela Duckworth wrote a book about achieving long term goals and the importance of grit. Now, a new book by Caroline Miller takes it a step further by helping us “cultivate passion, perseverance and purpose" - or GETTING GRIT.

“When we learn how to set the right goals and see them through to the finish line, become comfortable with discomfort, and use setbacks as springboards, we can live with passion, purpose, and perseverance.” Getting Grit, p. 5
